Posted on 31 July 2023

The WWF Asia Pacific regional office’s communications and advocacy team is comprised of staff and consultants (short- and long-term) and exists to lead the development and/or implementation of well-defined, engaging communications and advocacy strategies in the Asia Pacific region.

We are seeking to update our roster of communications consultants. Successful candidates on our roster will be experienced individuals or companies, interested and available to support WWF’s communications and advocacy work in the Asia Pacific region (at either a national or regional level). Project opportunities could run from 1-2 days of work to many months, and may require writing/copy editing, graphic design/illustrations, photography, videography and/or video production/editing skills. We are interested to hear from candidates based in Asia Pacific and those outside the region who are able to work remotely.

Details of the works and instructions are in the Terms of Reference attached.

Application process:

Interested individual consultants or companies must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications:
  • CV
  • A cover letter, clearly identifying the candidate’s qualifications and expertise (as detailed above) and stating expected fees as a daily rate in US dollars. Fee information should be expressed as a net amount. Successful applicants will need to submit evidence of previous work compensated at a similar rate.
Applications should be submitted to email: procurement@wwf.org.vn and aamatya@wwfint.org and received by 13 August 2023.
