WWF-Vietnam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project respectfully invites suppliers to submit proposal for: "Provision and installation of 40 solar energy systems for USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project".

Detailed bidding process information can be found in the attached Invitation to Bid.

Bidder submits their bidding document via email to procurement@wwf.org.vn, and clearly states the email subject: “Ref FY24-1201 BCA_[name of bidder]-Proposal_Provision and installation 40 solar energy systems for USAID-BC project”. The maximum size per email that the Purchaser can receive is 25MB.

To ensure that each bidding email does not exceed 25MB, the bidding document is required to set a password for the submission form and the quotation files as a minimum and the password will be kept by the bidder. The Purchaser will request the bidder to provide a password before the bid opening time. The other document without information on the price offer can be submitted to WWF-Vietnam via Google drive
The Purchaser will receive the bidding document of bidders before the submission deadline. Bidding documents will be rejected and considered invalid in case the bidder does not fulfill the requirement for password protection or if they are received after the submission deadline.

Submission deadline: 11:30 a.m. (Hanoi ICT), March 8^th, 2024.
Deadline for submitting a request for clarification: 11:30 a.m. (Hanoi ICT), March 4th, 2024.

The Purchaser will receive the bidding document of bidders before the submission deadline. Bidding documents will be rejected and considered invalid in case the bidder does not fulfill the requirement for password protection or if they are received after the submission deadline.
