WWF-Vietnam, USAID Biodiversity Conservation Project respectfully invites suppliers to submit proposal for: "Supplying 07 cars for the project" - 2nd Advertisement.Detailed bidding process information can be found in the attached Invitation to Bid.
HOW TO APPLY:
Bidder submits their electronic bidding document via email to procurement@wwf.org.vn, and clearly states the email subject: “FY25-0115 BCA-[name of bidder]-HSDT "Supplying 07 cars for the project”.
The maximum size per email that WWF-Vietnam can receive is 25MB.
The bidding document is required to set a password and the password will be kept by the bidder. The Purchaser will request the bidder to provide password before the bid opening time.
The Purchaser will receive the bidding document of bidders before the submission deadline. Bidding documents will be rejected and considered invalid in case the bidder does not fulfill the requirement for password protection or if they are received after the submission deadline.
Submission deadline: 17:30 p.m. (Hanoi ICT), September 12th, 2024.
