WWF Viet Nam is partnering with and supporting IUCN, which will act as the GCF accredited entity (AE), to prepare a GCF SAP concept note for multi-site implementation of nature-based solutions including flood-based agriculture, aquaculture, and mangrove restoration (as part of managed coastal retreat) across a number of provinces in the Mekong Delta.
 
WWF requests proposals from eligible suitably experienced consultants who could prepare a prefeasibility study in line with GCF guidance based on existing sources, recent provincial consultations, and a recent investigation into private sector opportunities.

How to apply:

Submit the following documents and information: 

1. Cover Letter signed by an authorized person
2. Summary of relevant experience and projects; evidence of relevant publications and/or reports
3. CVs of team members
4. Proposal setting out the approach, methods, and other relevant information
5. Financial proposals
6. Work plan and timeline for completing the deliverables
7. Additional documents as required and relevant including Business Registration Certificate, Company Profile, tax status, and a list of similar contracts.

Consultants may submit their proposals to WWF Viet Nam via email to Mr Christopher Howe, Mekong Delta Landscape Lead, christopher.howe@wwfgreatermekong.org and copy anh.hoangbao@wwf.org.vn with the title: “[name of consultant] Submission of Proposal: Preparation of a prefeasibility study for a GCF SAP for the Mekong Delta”
