WWF-Vietnam would like to inform interested contractors regarding the clarification of the bidding document No. FY25-1219: "Developing software to manage and monitor garbage collection and transportation routes, and waste volume in Hue city " Through this document, all questions received up to May 12, 2025, have been compiled and clarified, which can be found as follows:

Q1: Hardware Integration (Datalogger, Tags, Weigh Stations, etc.): Could you clarify who is responsible for the hardware components (e.g., Datalogger, Tags, Weigh Stations)? Additionally, how would we integrate our software solution with the existing hardware system, or would we need to collaborate with a separate vendor for this integration?	In the design, the hardware is shown to provide parameters for the software to connect and retrieve data for use
Q2: ITBS Versions: Are there different versions of ITBS available that cater to specific user groups, such as technical teams and business teams? A version tailored to each group might help avoid confusion and improve usability across different stakeholders.	There are also specific user agents mentioned in the design
Q3: Project Location: Is it necessary for our team to visit Hue during the development phase, or can the entire process be managed remotely from our office in other cities/provinces?	Development does not require being in Hue City; only for meetings, reporting, and handover is it necessary to go to Hue City, Viet Nam
